Job Description
MetroStar is looking for a Senior Program Manager that has a deep passion leading programs in DevSecOps, Cloud, and Enterprise IT within the National Security business unit.   • You have a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant field
  • You have experience delivering a full range of IT support services, including development and modernization using Human-Centered Design (HCD), Agile, and DevSecOps; and operations and maintenance for mission applications (on-premises and cloud environments)
  • You have established and provided clear communication to executive leadership to include reporting, forecasting, strategic roadmaps, risk assessments, and stakeholder expectation management
  • You have at least 10+ years of delivery leadership of complex programs
  • You have an active TS/SCI clearance
  • You are passionate about providing strategic and technical guidance that meets company and program objectives

  • You have experience with Agile Delivery contracts
  • You are SAFe certified and Scrum Certified
  • You have experience supporting the Department of Defense and/or Intelligence Community
  • You have a master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant field
What your day will look like:
  • You will plan programs from start to finish, including identifying processes, deadlines, and milestones
  • You'll also interface with highly visible Government agency customer
  • You will be accountable for managing the Program Delivery department's financials and ensuring alignment among the Annual Operating Plan, Forecasts, and ongoing departmental P&L actuals
  • You will hire, train and be a motivating mentor to staff
