About The Role


The Program Manager will be in charge of handling all aspects of technical projects for the organization. This position will be engaged in developing and implementing projects with large enterprise customers in the rapidly growing e-comm industry. They will develop new products and features to create new revenue sources. Responsible for initiating programs, following their progress, and serving as support providers in case issues arise.


The Program manager will coordinate efforts among workers and outside vendors, as well as develop effective schedules and suggest action items that still need to be completed to successfully complete the project. The Program Manager will have the opportunity to work with cutting edge technology and will play an integral part in implementing strategic plans with large enterprise clientele.


What You’ll Do


  • Managing development projects and other open items.
  • Track technical issues and implement solutions
  • Directly interface with software development teams and the customer to ensure open items are addressed and requirements are understood.
  • Drive new products and features through the development process
  • Review and test code to ensure it works properly
  • Directly interface with the client and and help work through open projects.
  • Gather and create product requirements and specifications
  • Make sure project meets deadlines and is completed within budget
  • Effectively communicate project status and suggest changes to use resources more efficiently


What You’ll Bring


  • Bachelor's degree in administration, business, management or a related field
  • 5+ years of previous experience in similar technical position preferred
  • Problem solver with excellent leadership skills

Working Environment and Physical Demands


  • 25% travel within the U.S.
  • Must be able to work effectively in an office setting
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Reside in Salt Lake City, UT


What We Offer


The salary range for this role is [$120,000 - 130,000USD]; however, Packsize considers several factors when determining compensation when extending a job offer, including but not limited to, the role being offered, the associated responsibilities, the candidate's prior work experience, education/training, and any special skills.
