**This position is Contingent Upon Award**


About the Role:


As a Senior Program Analyst supporting our Federal government client, you will assist in the processing of applications to determine if a private sector offering is a Qualified Anti-Terrorsim Technology. In this role, you will provide support to the program office in adhering to its congressionally mandated timeline for application processing and executing key program functions.


Key Responsibilities include(but not limited to):


  • Providing stellar customer service to applicants ensuring strong communication and general administrative support throughout the application life cycle.
  • Developing detailed training presentations to implement new policies and procedures.
  • Developing presentations, and briefing material in support of business operations activities
  • Coordinating with applicants and potential customers to assist in the application review and to evaluate prospective QATTs (Qualified Anti-Terrorism Technologies) to mitigate acts of terrorism.
  • Providing timely input to reports, responses to inquiries, and development of client-driven requirements and deliverables.
  • Providing thorough quality assurance reviews for all correspondence and documentation relating to applications and decision packages.
  • Acting as the point of contact for applicants and the private sector by providing information through briefings and fact sheets.
  • Ensuring documents/materials are assembled, prepared, reviewed, and approved by the leadership for applications, upcoming meetings, and site visits.
  • Developing and maintaining reports to track evaluations to ensure completion of all evaluations within the timeframes
  • Provide oversight, management, and development of records management and knowledge management processes.


Location:


You will work as part of a hybrid team in the Washington, DC metro area. Remote work may be an option.


Required Experience/Skills:
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects and can provide proposals and recommendations on processes and initiatives undertaken by the federal staff.
  • A Master’s Degree and 5 years of experience may substituted in lieu of 10 years of experience
  • Previous experience developing presentations and briefing material in support of business operations activities.
  • Ability to build partnerships across all levels of government
  • A Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant professional experience
  • Must have an active SECRET security clearance


Preferred Experience/Skills:


  • Previous experience supporting the Department of Homeland Security
