Responsible for multiple projects in a technical domain as a technical expert or internal consultant. Will work on highly complex projects that require in-depth DDI knowledge and additional specialized architecture areas. Will work across multiple technical or functional domains.

Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

• Review and/or analyze and develop architectural requirements at domain level within product portfolio or team.
• Contribute to the designs and deployment of infrastructure solutions meeting standardization, consolidation, Total Cost of Ownership, security, regulatory compliance and application system qualities.
• Participate in the business-wide Infrastructure architecture and domain governance model.
• Analyze, design and develop a roadmap and implementation plan based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint.
• Develop, motivate and direct staff to create a team environment.
• Contribute to the development of software, data, and technology.
• Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support actives.
• Lead and coordinate the domain technical and business discussions relative to future architecture direction across the product portfolio or product line.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with DNS, DHCP and IP Address Management platforms
• Experience with Application Switching and Traffic Management, Global Server Load Balancing, SSL offload, SSL Certificate/Key, Web Acceleration and TCP optimization
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) and of 8 years of relevant experience OR HS diploma and of 12 years of relevant experience
• Certification in one or more of the following: Infoblox Core Network Expert or relevant products

Desired Characteristics:

• Investigate and remediate DDI capacity related issues
• Identify gaps, risks and issues and navigate organizational structure to resolve them
• Lead or participate in implementing automation with network infrastructure particularly with DDI (Data Name Services (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), and IP Address Management (IPAM)) appliances and/or Unix servers.
• Ensure the continuous availability to all data network services
• Manage production networks including Internet Protocol and DNS/DHCP Services
• Perform proactive network testing to ensure proper functioning and reliability of the service platform

Additional job details:

• Strong interpersonal skills, proven analytical and problem resolution skills; ability to influence and build consensus with other Information Technology (IT) teams and leadership.
• Able to lead early stage customer interactions; Guide customers as they develop confidence and comfort with approaches and integrate with their legacy tech investments..
• Experience sustaining operational stability through various life cycle phases (planning, implementation, steady state, de-commissioning); Ability to provision and budget via capital and operating.
• Ability to consult customer on alignment of outcomes and desired technical solutions at an enterprise level
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or equivalent quality certification
• Ability to Analyze, design, and develop a software solution roadmap and implementation plan based upon a current vs. future state of the business.
• Demonstrated Change Management /Acceleration capabilities
• Working knowledge of configuration choices and related cost implications; Experience with complex solution configurations.

The salary range for this position is $128,000.00 - $160,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus. Available benefits include health, welfare, retirement and paid leave.
