Join a leading fintech company that’s democratizing finance for all.
Robinhood was founded on a simple idea: that our financial markets should be accessible to all. With customers at the heart of our decisions, Robinhood is lowering barriers and providing greater access to financial information. Together, we are building products and services that help create a financial system everyone can participate in.
As we continue to build...
We’re seeking curious thinkers looking to co-author the next chapters of our story. Joining now means helping shape our vision, structures and systems; playing a key-role as we launch into our ambitious future.
About The Team
The preferred location for this position is in or around Robinhood's offices in Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; Lake Mary, FL; or Westlake, TX, with in-office work capabilities of at least 4 days per week. Remote work in limited geographies within the U.S. may be considered. Check with your recruiter for more information.
At Robinhood, we are shaping the organization to meet our mission of democratizing finance for all and with that, continuously assessing our organizational needs to scale as we grow. The Organizational Development Partner will lead defining and implementing improvements to our job architecture, career development programming, teaming and collaboration frameworks, employee engagement survey enablement, and more.
This role will report to the Head of Talent Management and IEB (Inclusion, Equity, Belonging), and partner directly with employees, PeopleX COE partners, people partners, and business leaders.
What You’ll Do Day-to-day
  • Define approach and structure for teaming and collaboration, own offsite program offerings and intake process
  • Drive career mobility and related internal developmental programs
  • Lead project management for employee engagement surveys and drive forward employee listening mechanisms
  • Lead Career Framework (our job architecture and leveling guides) governance and improvement initiatives, and build resources for standardization
  • Help to facilitate offsites and lead sessions to drive engagement and learning
  • Spearhead Talent Management projects as needed
  • Partner closely with internal teams (such as internal comms, analytics) to align on, structure, and execute on deliverables
About You
  • A background including administering needs analysis, strategic design, content development, project management, evaluation methodologies, etc.
  • Comfortable managing through ambiguity, demonstrating flexibility and attention to detail
  • Ability to influence and manage internal relationships via empathy and change management
  • Results driven with demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Experience with team development methods, as well as workshop design and facilitation for small and large groups
  • Knowledge and experience in developing engagement methodologies and resources
  • 5+ years of experience talent management, organizational effectiveness, or a related field, at a fast-growing tech company
  • Deep expertise in organizational design methods and concepts, and creation of job architecture frameworks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate complex information in an approachable manner
Bonus Points
  • Advanced I/O Psych (or similar) degree preferred
  • HR or Management Consulting experience

We’re looking for more growth-minded and collaborative people to be a part of our journey in democratizing finance for all. If you’re ready to give 100% in helping us achieve our mission—we’d love to have you apply even if you feel unsure about whether you meet every single requirement in this posting. At Robinhood, we're looking for people invigorated by our mission, values, and drive to change the world, not just those who simply check off all the boxes.
Robinhood promotes diversity and provides equal opportunity for all applicants and employees. We are dedicated to building a company that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. We believe that the more inclusive we are, the better our work (and work environment) will be for everyone.
