Sr. Manager, National Facilities Management Operations
The primary purpose of this role is to direct activities for the delivery of facility management of TIAA employee occupied real estate portfolio across the United States, consisting of corporate campuses, regional retail sites, office buildings, and data centers. Ensure the continued operation of all necessary building facility functions allowing all lines of business to operate effectively and efficiently. This includes the management and oversight of vendors, budgets, expenses, work streams and tools to align and coordinate the organization's facilities infrastructure and supporting corporate services, with its business strategy, and participate in strategic business planning.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
