We are looking for an experienced product manager with proven ability to create successful products that customers love, that is excited to join our growing team and to be part of making people healthier.

Responsibilities

Objectives:

• Obsess about our customer and users Health Experiences- understand their needs and challenges pains and motivations
• Develop and monitor key metrics to measure the success of the product to drive the business goals
• Manage ongoing collaboration with engineering, PM, design, CX, Sales and marketing
• Analyze the market and competitive landscape
• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to execution to drive fast impact to our customers
• Own your product vision and roadmap based on customer and business needs

Requirements

• Advantage: Knowledge and familiarity with American health insurance system
• Analytical and data driven mindset
• Experience working in B2C companies/products
• Strategic thinker with a ‘can-do’ and ‘get things done’ attitude
• A people person and team player
• Experience in early-stage startups / building products from zero to one
• Self driven, take ownership and obsess with impact
• At least 7 years of product experience of building impactful products
• Passionate about user experience
