Sr. Director, Infrastructure Strategy & Resiliency

As Sr. Director, Infrastructure Strategy & Resiliency, you'll manage and execute cutting-edge technology initiatives, maximize the optimization of infrastructure assets, ensure stability and resiliency, and drive cost efficiency across technology.

We're looking for someone to be a driving force behind the global infrastructure modernization roadmap - helping to shape critical technology strategies and resiliency programs for a robust IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a cross-functional team, including third-party vendors, to deliver technical support and solutions.
• Take an active role in financial management, budgeting, and planning to meet financial commitments and prioritize projects.
• Collaborate closely with business and technology leaders, fostering strong partnerships to drive engagement in technology initiatives.
• Drive project delivery by providing guidance to project managers, ensuring successful outcomes within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop a forward-thinking technology strategy and roadmap, leveraging innovative tools and processes to align projects with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven adaptability, ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, including effective executive-level communication.
• Proven leadership skills to guide teams toward achieving defined goals.
• Excellent business engagement skills, aligning and prioritizing business and technology initiatives.
• 7-10 years of infrastructure experience and 5+ years experience at the Director level.
• Prior experience working in large enterprise landscapes.
• Strong foundation in technology, along with the ability to drive innovation and modernization programs.
