Job Description

Our Client, a leader in hair care is looking for a Sr. Influencer and Partnerships Marketing Manager

Fulltime, Salaried

85K+, DOE -- can be more senior for the right fit

Mostly Remote, some travel required to California

Ideal candidates have experience working at an agency or in house and working with fashion/beauty/hair influencer talent

About The Position:

  • Track sale, engagement and other quality metrics for content produced by Influencers
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, managers, and agents
  • Develop and execute campaigns and partnerships with content creators and influencers
  • Pinpoint new media opportunities by knowing what is trending
  • Leverage data and insights to make strategic decisions
  • Establish and maintain regular communication between the brand and influencer partners, actively source and negotiate new influencer partnerships.
  • Monitor influencer content to ensure compliance with brand voice and edit and proofread influencer materials

The ideal candidate has

  • Experience analyzing data to deliver on KPIs.
  • At least 4+ years of professional experience in influencer relations
  • Influencer relationships, and can actively source and negotiate new influencer partnerships.
