Your Mission
As an influencer relations member for Call of Duty, you’ll join a close-knit team working together to spread the word about one of the biggest and most exciting entertainment properties in the world! You’ll share your passion and excitement, while working with a vast list of streamers and content creators, who share your enthusiasm for games. This position will support pre-release, launch and post-release programs across a number of community networks.
In this role, you will report to the team’s influencer relations manager, while partnering across the organization to collaborate with studio developers and marketing communication teams as you build and maintain relationships with community influencers. You’ll play a vital role in helping to lead strategy, creative, production and relationships.
The ideal candidate possesses a love of games, strong project management skills, proven product or game launch history, an active influencer network, a deep knowledge of livestream and community relations, solid attention to detail and time management skills, as well as great spirit of creative collaboration, and a passion for creative, dynamic environments!
What You’ll Do
  • Track program budgets, invoicing and reporting
  • Help lead Call of Duty influencer campaigns across streaming networks and content creator platforms
  • Help craft our narrative message, including talking points, messaging and social posts
  • Manage real-time reporting across streaming networks, creator platforms, social media and community discussions; including analyzing key performance data, industry trends and emerging opportunities
  • Work on deadline, balance multiple projects and manage toward results
  • Provide strategic input to launch, momentum and community relations
  • Design and implement both large-scale and high-touch tailored influencer programs that help grow and support the creator community
  • Support tours, event executions, livestreams, trade show activations, partner promotions and competitions as well as other opportunities to share our games
  • Develop and socialize groundbreaking, creative strategies with global impact
  • Support product launch PR logistics, including launch programs and experiential opportunities
  • Actively engage as part of communications team with marketing, production and studio teams
  • Coordinate directly with streamers, creators, influencers and business managers or agents to build and execute key influencer, high-impact programs
  • Work closely with the PR and cross-functional marketing communications teams to support key pre-release beats, content release opportunities and post-launch calendar dates
Player Profile
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of related Public Relations focusing on video games, consumer brands/products or entertainment
  • Diligent, self-directed skills including ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, including adaptability to fluid and last-minute changes
  • Ability to evaluate performance data and deliver insights based on agreed upon metrics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Reader
  • Professional experience with tracking and reporting platforms, including Tubular, StreamHatchet, etc…
  • BA/BS in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, English or Journalism preferred
  • In-depth experience with social media platforms, such as Twitter and Instagram; and be on the lookout for emerging platforms
  • A network of influencers, which includes experience working directly with creators, streamers and talent managers
  • A passion for games, including but not limited to FPS genre and always-on titles
  • Proven ability to interact and communicate effectively with a variety of business functions and team leads
  • Personal experience with digital online-only events as well as livestream gaming competitions
  • Experience supporting mass, pop-culture products and/or entertainment brands
  • Ability and interest in traveling for events
  • Extensive experience with streaming networks and content platforms, including Twitch, and YouTube, as well as communications platforms such as Discord
  • Mobile experience/knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • An excitement to create innovative and unique concepts

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $72,720.00 - $134,460.00 Annual. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
