Associate Influencer Relations Manager

Job Overview:

We're searching for a creative Associate Influencer Relations Manager who is passionate about creators, content, and fostering meaningful relationships. The Associate Influencer Relations Manager will report into the Head of Marketing and will play a major role in expanding PatPat’s brand recognition and digital footprint. This role is equally strategic, creative, and executional and requires a flexible can-do attitude.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and manage an Influencer calendar that we can leverage across all our social channels.
• Identify, implement, and optimize relationships with a wide network of influencers, community leaders, content creators, and talent that can continuously drive new customers to the PatPat brand.
• Work closely with Influencer Coordinator to build an evergreen influencer program from vision to execution that will scale organic influencer content creation and site traffic.
• Other influencer relations duties and responsibilities required by management.
• Identify and build long-term partnerships with influencers to drive consideration and conversion.
• Follow the Influencer onboarding process from beginning to end-including: cultivating relationships, entering into rate negotiations obtaining signed documentation and paperwork, and handing all details off to the Influencer Marketing Coordinator.
• Drive influencer strategy and execution to reach overall brand growth and business goals within budget.
• Track, measure, and analyze influencer initiatives to achieve and exceed growth KPIs.
• Collaborate with key partners on executing impactful Influencer events
• Maintain your pulse on social media trends, pop culture current events, competitors, and up-and-coming creators.
• Lead ongoing gifting efforts PR packages, and product send-outs on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications:

• Strong foundational knowledge of social media platforms and content creators.
• Passion for social media, pop culture current trends, and content.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Analytical-need to prove performance through sales and additional KPIs.
• Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• 2-4 years of personal or professional experience in influencer relations with progressive results.
