Sr. Director, Planning Jobs

TechStyle Fashion Group is currently looking for a Sr. Director, Planning – Global Fashion Brands (JustFab & ShoeDazzle).

Our roles, responsibilities and priorities are ever-changing as we support the growth within JustFab & ShoeDazzle. This team is analytical, forward-thinking, strategic, flexible and always has the members’ best interests at heart. As the Director of Planning, you will be responsible for leading a team and supporting the growth of JustFab & ShoeDazzle with optimal inventory levels and margin results.

This position will report to the SVP, Merchandising & Design - Global Fashion Brands.

What You Will Do

• Champion for driving cross-functional communication
• Responsible for thoroughly communicating out to the executive team month end business results
• Communicate monthly Open-to-Buy forecasts & supporting action plans as well as presentation of this data to Executive and Cross Functional teams
• Develop and execute strategy for annual, seasonal and monthly merchandise plans for JustFab & ShoeDazzle in collaboration with the merchandising team
• Provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders for future season planning
• Lead, inspire, and groom the planning team
• Partner with marketing to develop monthly promotional plans to support revenue and margin targets in the budget, and appropriate level of inventory management
• Lead the planning team, including forecasting, OTB, promotional planning, category / SKU level analysis / AUR / AUC analyses
• Manage the financial success of the department by meeting sales, and inventory goals; analyze historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities
• Prepare innovative financial analysis for executive team as needed
• Partner with FP&A to accurately forecast out annual budgets and KPI assumptions
• Responsible for building and maintaining in-season daily sales plans, reforecasting weekly as needed
• Quantify in-season risks and opportunities by making the appropriate recommendations to merchant teams and management to drive results and increase profit

What You Can Bring

• Minimum of 10 years of apparel planning experience, preferably in e-commerce
• Expert with Retail Math and OTB planning
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing analyses of multiple product lines
• Excellent presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – advanced knowledge of Excel
• Dynamic and powerful team leader

The annual base salary range for this position is from $160,000-$198,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
