Sr. Desktop Technician Jobs

Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our Technical Staffing division for a Sr. Desktop Support Specialist at a well-known, Enterprise size organization. This is a direct-hire opportunity for Connection, working on-site for a outstanding end-client in the hospitality industry.

This position is on-site, M-F, 8-5pm CST. Amazing team to work alongside with onsite!

Requirements:

• Ability to multi-task and set priorities
• Experience supporting Director and higher levels
• Work under pressure and maintain composure
• Knowledge configuring Win7, MAC, MS Office Suite and installation of computers and printers
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and network connectivity with TCP/IP, DNA, WINS, DHCP, and wireless
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Work independently with minimum supervision

Responsibilities:

• Working with vendors and backline teams to resolve issues
• Other support activities include researching and recommending solutions
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with an executive presence.
• Must provide excellent customer service skills, follow processes, learn quickly, and interact with a diverse population in a corporate environment
• Willingness to go above and beyond
• Ability to work alone or with a team
• Provide Tier 2 Executive level support
