High School Diploma with emphasis/experience in desktop/media technologies. Associates Degree or higher preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge configuring Win7, MAC, MS Office Suite and installation of computers and printers

Working knowledge of Active Directory and network connectivity with TCP/IP, DNA, WINS, DHCP, and wireless

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Experience supporting Director and higher levels

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with an executive presence.

Must provide excellent customer service skills, follow processes, learn quickly, and interact with a diverse population in a corporate environment

Promptly notify management of any potentially “dissatisfied” customers

Apply critical thinking skills and troubleshooting methods to either resolve or escalate issues to the appropriate technical support team.

Use available knowledge tools during troubleshooting

Create, submit as well as manage escalated detailed tickets documenting customer interactions.

Basic problem solving, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
