QTC is seeking an RHRP-3 Data Entry Technician on our Reserve Health Readiness Program III (RHRP-3).
Who is QTC and what is Reserve Health Readiness Program III (RHRP-3)?
- Reserve Health Readiness Program – 3 (RHRP-3) provides health readiness support services, such as mental health assessments and post-deployment health reassessments, to the military Reserve Components nationwide and Active Duty Components in remote areas. They deliver services by group events and in-clinic individual appointments and by providing call center support.

What part would you play in this mission?
Operates a computer system to transcribe clinical data from standard source documents to another electronic format. Reviews input/output data for accuracy. Follows standard sequences that may require some selecting, coding, and interpreting of data to be keyed. Maintains individual production records. Monitors the received electronic information for timely entry and processing.
In this rewarding role, you will:
- Data entry of referral and clinical data into a database system
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Proofread and edit data as needed
- Performs clerical duties such as documenting and tracking activities, creating charts, filing, copying, scanning and faxing
Competencies:
- Must be attentive to detail and experienced in medical data entry
- Excellent data entry skills (8,000 -12,000 KPH for alphanumeric data entry)
- Must be able to work flexible hours
- Ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment
You must have:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
Typical Day:
- Typical work week Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Position is On Site San Antonio, TX. Abilene Bldg.
Pay and Benefits:
Pay Range $16.75 – $19 Hourly
