Sr. Creative Project Manager (Hybrid Schedule)

Job Summary: The Senior Creative Project Manager will manage the overall creative product process and execution of creative elements related to Superfly Agency projects. In collaboration with Creative, Production, and Business Leadership teams, the Sr. Creative PM will ensure creative deliverables are completed on time and meet client objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage workback schedules related to creative reviews, approvals, and production submissions, with sufficient time allotted for internal reviews ahead of client presentations
• Standardize process for prep and handoff of creative files
• Collaborate with Creative, Business Leadership, and Production leads to align on timelines for creative deliverables
• Confirm Creative team has all briefs, assets, guidelines, etc. needed to execute
• Traffic completed assets to Production team and work with Production to confirm assets are in the proper formats, file types, and quantities
• Own asset management tool for development of creative and working files, ensuring team follows best practices for creating project boards, adding, and assigning tasks
• Manage and maintain file structure on Creative department server
• Establish overall creative project management workflow for agency projects including tracking deliverables, asset management, and process for file prep and handoff
• Support sourcing and contracting creative freelancers including outreach, submitting requests, and schedule management
• Manage Creative schedules and allocations in collaboration with ECD and Resource Management
• Recruit and oversee freelance Project Managers as needed
• Assist with managing and reporting of freelance hours and costs, ensure creative freelancers work within approved budget
• Ensure any changes that impact creative are communicated in advance to the appropriate party, flagging anything that informs delivery

What we require:

• 5-8 years experience at a creative agency or in-house creative environment
• Strong understanding of creative development process and what’s needed to produce work across multiple channels
• Experience working on branded events and experiential projects a plus
• Familiarity with project management software such as Trello, monday.com, Basecamp a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong conflict resolution and problem solving ability
• Thrives in and contributes to a positive, collaborative, and fun work environment
• Proven project management skills, including timeline creation and resource management
• Self-motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented
• Successful track record of building trust and maintaining strong relationships at all levels of an organization

When it comes to deciding on compensation, there are several unique variables at play. As it stands, a fair estimate for the current salary range would be in the range of $100,000 to $120,000. Compensation decisions factors include but are not limited to experience, training, skill set, business needs, and travel requirements.
