JOB TITLE: Creative Program/Project Manager- Packaging

LOCATION: remote

PAY RATE: $100ph- $110ph / w2

START DATE: asap

DURATION: 12 weeks, possible extension

HOURS: 32 hours per week (with possibility to increase after 3 months)- must be able to work CST zone

JOB SUMMARY:

Exciting opportunity to work with one of the largest chain retail companies within the health/beauty industry.

The Creative Program Manager will be responsible for managing the marketing and creative strategy and workflows of the brands Packaging projects. Approx. 90% - 100% of this role will be dedicated to driving program delivery and improved outcomes related to:

• Monitor and regularly communicate updates of the current status of all jobs in progress.
• Processes, prepares, publishes and communicates project timeline, scope and actions.
• Liaisons with multiple internal and external stakeholders and gathers relevant information, including business goals/, design/messaging information, format specifications, timing, and budget.
• Managing the marketing and creative milestone development, implementation, and production workflow owned brands packaging projects.
• Analyzes bandwidth and assigns tasks to creative and production teams based on talent and reported hours.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years of experience managing creative requests/projects (packaging projects is A+), preferably within the beauty, health and wellness space. Agency experience is good too.
• Must be extremely detail oriented, organized, excellent communicator and have worked in collaboration with packaging designers, packaging copywriters, project managers, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Have worked with project management software such as Workfront, Jira, Asana, etc.
