Sr Designer – International Implementation Jobs

Minimum 6 years of experience in Retail Design, Store Planning, Architecture, or equivalent required.

Possess direct progressive experience in retail concepts, branded architecture with a major retail company.

Bachelor's degree in design related field

Exceptional and demonstrated organizational and project management skills, ideally related to internal reorganizations and international expansion.

Manage a talented experienced corporate paralegal responsible for foreign subsidiary compliance activities.

Experience working with international corporate governance requirements in a wide variety of jurisdictions.

Oversee the corporate governance and maintenance of all foreign subsidiaries to ensure compliance with local governance requirements.

Manage outside counsel and global subsidiary governance services provider on variety of international corporate matters, as needed.

JD and bar admitted with 5-10 years’ relevant international experience at major law firm and/or in-house at a public company.

Strategy - Develop and lead new International Logistics strategies and initiatives

Develop and mature relationships with international logistics carriers and service providers.

Lead operations and 3PL relationships outside of the US – specifically Mexico, Brazil, China, and India

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, business or other related field

Fluency in Spanish language is preferred.

Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills

Assist management in writing work instruction manuals, data capture guidelines, or standard operating procedures.

Prior Experience in supporting multiple clients to internal teams to manage scheduling, tasking assignment and reporting

Experience developing tools to solicit requirements, communicate to stakeholders and imrpove implementation processes

Assist in implementation/upgrade clinical requirements, workflows, processes to ensure they are completed on time and with quality.

Create/Develop strategies, policies/procedures for applying clinical practice, administration, education or processes to assist in product development

A Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Industrial Design or equivalent combination of education and experience.

8+ years garment design/development experience in the apparel industry with progressively responsible experience for category creativity, development, and design.

Experience in Women's category preferred

Experience successfully leading a design team and/or providing the creative vision for a product category.

3D CAD experience and proficiency is a plus.

Soft goods design sensibility and knowledge of fabric and textiles.

Thorough knowledge of silhouette, fit, fabrication, construction, color use, sewing techniques, and trim; computer knowledge including Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Excel

Set strategic direction for product area and team

Provide creative direction and coaching to develop a motivated, high performing team

Research global markets in order to identify new seasonal trends, silhouettes, fabrics, techniques, product categories and competitive inspiration

Develop concepts and sketches for product line and advocate for design ideas by presenting to internal leadership and cross functional partners

Work with the Implementation Leader to manage Implementation kick-off meetings, requirements discussions and status meetings with clients

Manage timelines with other bswift implementation staff and clients

Manage client expectations, anticipating possible issues and communicating turnaround times with reasonable delivery dates

Practical knowledge/experience of restaurant design/layouts.

Consistently measure the franchisee knowledge and adherence to the brand standards, to evaluate the necessity of further training and/or support

Review and approve seating arrangements and FF&E specs per the latest Wendy’s design guidelines and supporting superior customer experience

Minimum 5 years interior and/or architectural design experience in a retail, hospitality or restaurant design or development organization.

Knowledge of best building construction practices and design detailing.
