Sr. Business Strategy Consultant

Must-haves

-10+ years of experience in a senior business strategy role within the telecom field

-Experience identifying business trends, accessing benchmarking, creating business cases and articulating strategic plans in an enterprise org

-Experience leading analysis discussions to determine whether the innovation pipeline can be scaled across the enterprise

-Experience building roadmaps and doing storytelling of what each idea solves for in terms of current problem solving statements

-Bachelors Degree

We are looking for a Senior Business Strategy Consultant to join a high performing customer success innovation and transformation team. Candidate should be passionate about charting a course for the future and helping design and develop the evolution of the customer service strategy. Candidate should have broad telecom experience and be able to partner with internal teams to share strategic insights and inform the development of business cases and roadmaps for the key customer service programs. Candidate will give large scale presentations where they will need to synthesize information, frame issues strategically, communicate recommendations simply for different targeted audiences.
