The EA SPORTS brand team is building a roster of dynamic business leaders who will advocate for this new era of fan experiences. As the Senior Brand Manager, Growth & Innovation - EA SPORTS, you will help grow our team, supporting the development of new ventures and programs that improve how fans discover and participate in sports. We are open to remote candidates or those in proximity to an existing Electronic Arts office or studio located in either Vancouver or Orlando. Fully remote is a possibility. You will report to the Director of EA Sports Marketing.

Responsibilities
In this role you will…
Partner with consumer insights and corporate strategy to create target consumer profiles that we will focus on in effort to increase growth.
Map fan motivations, cultural trends and market opportunity to construct problem statements to lead the pursuit of new programs and experiences.
Lead the proposal of new programs through the authorship of business cases.
Galvanize and lead teams to complete newly proposed programs.
Create a framework to track performance and project status, outlining risks and opportunities related to EA SPORTS’ growth goals.

Prioritize OKRs/KPIs
Other qualifications
7+ years in a growth strategy role
3+ years developing new products and experiences.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES- California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
- New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
- Jersey City, NJ :
- Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
- Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby (following 1 year of service), medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
