For 9 years, we’ve had parents’ backs as they navigate the parts of parenthood you don’t usually see on the ’gram with honest and raw messaging to provide the answers to questions they didn’t even know they had. How You Will Make An Impact
Frida is seeking a Sr. Brand Manager of Innovation to join our Brand Management team and be responsible for developing comprehensive analysis, extracting insights, and leading cross-functional teams in driving product innovation strategy and go to market execution. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, with strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and analytical skills. The Sr. Brand Manager will work with a broad cross-functional team including Performance Analytics, RD&E, Operations, Finance, Consumer Insights, Sales, Marketing Activation, and Project Management to help both define and deliver best in class innovation. Responsibilities to include:
  • Leverage a varying set of data from consumer data, brand studies, sentiment analysis, reviews, and business performance data to inform product briefs and opportunities
  • Throughout the product development lifecycle, work closely with sourcing, operations, product development, and marketing to ultimately deliver value for the consumer, company, and customer (retailer).
  • Conduct new category + product data analysis to identify product opportunities for Frida that fit brand, consumer, and business needs
  • In partnership with Project Management, drive project executional rigor to stay on target from a timing, cost, and quality standpoint.
  • Develop competitive market analysis and pricing landscape to identify best opportunity for Frida to enter or expand in a category
  • Support evaluation, prioritization, and implementation of product pipeline and category growth initiatives, providing a road map for the product development team to deliver sustainable, profitable growth through new products
  • Conduct deep dive analysis into distribution and portfolio expansion opportunities in retail
What You Will Need
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in CPG Brand Management with experiencing managing innovation via a Stage Gate process
  • Ability to structure data analysis, driving analytics insights and analytical solutions to determine the best analytical solution
  • Strong project management experience and demonstrated ability to deliver on multiple cross-functional projects concurrently to completion in a timely manner
  • Excellent communicator and collaboration partner
  • A sense of urgency to quickly, decisively, and efficiently resolve business issues
  • Strategic thinker who brings fresh thinking and works well with ambiguity
  • Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions by knowing appropriate models
  • Quick learner who is comfortable working with large data sets to solve unique and complex problems
  • Energetic, positive team player attitude ready for the demands of a high energy, fast-paced company environment with a no-task-too-small work ethic
  • Professional presentation skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members throughout the company including senior leadership
  • Demonstrated analytical chops, with experience pulling and analyzing Nielsen and/or IRI data
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

Frida HQ is located in Miami, Florida and approved roles have the flexible option to work remotely both Mondays and Fridays with the benefit of connecting in person Tuesdays - Thursdays.
