In turn, the fellows will be expected to translate their projects into learnings for the staff.
Fellows must be able to obtain a license to practice their respective professions in the State of Ohio. The Fellowship will start on July 1st of each year and end on the following June 30. Fellows will receive salary and benefits at rates comparable to entry-level compensation in the respective divisions, along with some financial support for DEI projects and for travel to a DEI related conference or to present the results of their work.
