Radial, the leader in omnichannel commerce technologies and operations has an exciting opening for a Solutions Engineering Manager. Radial’s omnichannel solutions use cutting-edge technology and analytics to optimize the e-commerce end to end processes reducing costs for our customers while enhancing the consumer experience.

the Solutions Engineering Manager will deliver innovative e-commerce solutions for new contracts and renewal opportunities that enables Radial to profitably grow our business. Represent Radial in client's presentations and lead engineering presentations for internal and external executives. Role includes:

Solutions Design: Model complex e-commerce fulfillment and distribution processes, including, but not limited to, process flows for all functional areas, MHE requirements, automation/robotics, capital investment, productivity rates for direct labor functions, headcount estimation, space requirements and storage media and working closely with the Fulfillment Systems team to help define WMS and WCS requirements.
Teamwork: Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to deliver innovative solutions that maximize customer value and reach Radial profitability goals. Provide hands on support to manage the team and projects.
Clients Presentations: Lead sales solutions presentations to different client stakeholders, including executives as well as site operators.
Innovation & Automation: Partner with robotics vendors and solutions integrators to drive new automated solutions for e-commerce.
Tools Development: Ability to develop internal tools and best practices to standardize and optimize the solutions engineering process.
Continuous Improvement: Drive the continuous improvement of the modeling process to continue to learn from post-launch deal model reviews.

Qualifications:

• Team player, ability to coach other team members
• Advanced software skills including Excel and AutoCAD
• Ability to manage multiple projects of varying priorities and timeframes simultaneously
• Highly organized, ability to create standardization across discrete activities
• Skills in organizing projects, managing time and priorities
• Ability to use influence to gain consensus and alignment across organizational functions
• Able to deliver calmly under stress
• Advanced analytical, evaluative, and objective critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree minimum is required.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions
• Process oriented and continuous improvement mindset

Travel:

• Travel required 20%
• This position can be remote in the US.
