Our team is made up of talented people with diverse technical backgrounds, including experienced engineers who have built and scaled solutions at Google, Netflix, eBay, and GitHub. We build modern software using modern techniques such as pairing, test-driven development, continuous delivery, DevOps, and service-oriented architecture. Our team creates deep cross-functional partnerships with leadership and peers across the company, which enables us to create high-value solutions to clearly identified problems. We strongly emphasize sustainability and maintainability to ensure that our projects continue to deliver value over the long term. We strive to be efficient and effective in our work. Some of our proudest moments come from solving business problems without writing a line of code.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Stitch Fix Growth Engineering team is looking for an experienced, people-focused, and empathetic Engineering Manager to lead our Marketing Tech team (Crumbs). This is a team of bright, kind individuals motivated by the current business challenges and inspired by our ambitious future goals. Our primary focus is to enhance client experiences and to harness innovative marketing technologies that propel Stitch Fix's growth. Supported capabilities include CRM, Creative Operations, affiliate marketing integrations, and others.

This engineering team operates in an agile-inspired manner and is fully remote, collaborating across multiple time zones. They partner with cross-functional members from Marketing, Creative, Product Management, Data Science, UX Design, and more. The team balances product feature work with technical investments that deliver measurable results over time.
