Ancient Modern Ventures is a venture studio that creates, builds, and launches wellness brands. We are launching a few wellness-focused consumer brands over the summer and are looking for a social media intern to work on our portfolio brands (tech platforms, CPG, and beverage).

About the Job

We are looking for a social media design intern to join our Social Media & Marketing team. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and supportive environment as an intern.

You will work with strategists, marketers, brand builders, and deeply creative, passionate people working collaboratively to improve people’s everyday lives.Our Head of PR, Social, and Influencer Relations will oversee this position.

If you are passionate about social media, enjoy designing engaging content, infographics, text overlays, and creative content that amplifies creative copy, we would be interested in speaking with you.

This position is remote.

Responsibilities:

• Work with our creative team to develop organic social content
• Maintain an awareness of what's going on in the social space, with a special focus on health & wellness
• Design graphics for content across all social platforms
• Work with the content team to repurpose blog content for social channels
• Work with all team members to coordinate marketing campaigns and strategy

You will bring:

• Understanding of visual identity
• Creativity in your design work
• Experience in design programs
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
• Solid graphic design abilities

Qualifications:

• Rising junior or senior in a collegiate program or students in a grad program.
• Able to commit to 10-15 hours a week(also open to full-time)
• Ability to work in a team
• The program starts in May and can be an 8, 10, or 12-week program.
• Solid understanding of social media (all platforms)
• Professional demeanor and a strong desire to learn
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in one of the major design programs.

This is an Unpaid internship that offers college credits.

This is a Part-Time Internship with a discretionary bonus at the end of the program.
