Are you creative, hardworking, and looking to gain hands-on experience working on a variety of projects? We appreciate these qualities at Data Safeguard and seek a Social Media - Branding intern who can contribute fresh ideas, create content, and research industry trends. Interns work collaboratively on teams to conduct research that improves our brand, communications, and strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, the ideal candidate has a strong understanding of brand marketing, social media, and digital marketing strategies, as well as an interest in working on high-impact Data Privacy projects.
Objectives of the Role:
·Play a role throughout the marketing cycle in positioning, messaging, and storytelling
·Contribute to marketing campaigns that further the company’s strategic goals
·Monitor consumer trends, feedback, and satisfaction levels
·Apply marketing concepts to solve organizational challenges
·Provide support for virtual and in-person events
·Contribute fresh ideas that can enhance the brand’s standing
Responsibilities:
·Support teams to plan, develop, and execute marketing initiatives.
·Complete projects related to branding, content creation, and social media marketing.
·Assist management with the preparation of campaigns and reports.
·Handle inbound requests from vendors, brokers, partners, customers, and clients.
·Perform competitive market analysis to identify areas of opportunity.
- Collect performance metrics to measure progress.
·Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.
·Perform market analysis and research on competition.
·Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g., social media, direct mail and web)
·Prepare promotional presentations.
·Help organize marketing events.
·Keep up to date with the latest marketing methodologies and trends and contribute to the company knowledge base.
Skills and qualifications

·Last semester or recent graduate from a master’s degree in marketing or related field.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and performance software
- Prior knowledge of marketing strategies and Ability to learn and build upon business goals.
- Attention to detail and analysis skills.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office Proficiency
- Ability to decipher complicated topics and convert it into simple language for targeted audience.
- Organization and time management skills

·Prior collaboration or personal project management experience
·Basic knowledge of marketing principles and industry trends
