As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in providing social media research for jury selection. Your insightful research will inform trial strategies, aiding in the selection of jurors and providing critical insights to support our clientele.

🎓 Qualifications

The ideal candidate possesses the following:

• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and comprehensive manner.
• Proficient in a variety of social media platforms, analytics tools, and data mining techniques.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields such as Social Sciences, Law, or Communication. Advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in jury research, preferably in a trial consulting company.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and maintain professional relationships.

👩💻 Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in social media research.
• Analyze and interpret social media data, identifying patterns and trends.
• Conduct comprehensive social media investigations for potential jurors.
• Provide detailed reports on potential jurors, highlighting any biases or factors that may influence the trial process.
• Collaborate with attorneys and trial consultants to inform trial strategies.

💼 Job Type

This position offers both W2 employment and 1099 independent contractor options, with a flexible, on-call/part-time schedule.
