Job Description

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who will oversee the company's financial records and account personnel. You will be responsible for maintaining all procedures and controls related to the company's financial accounts.


Responsibilities

  • Manage 1099's
  • Process bank payments
  • CAM Reconciliations
  • Lease negotiations
  • Assist with rent collection portfolio
  • Prepare monthly P&L and balance sheets, manage costing and commission
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Create and present annual reporting internally and for investors
  • Manage financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow projections


Qualifications

  • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.
  • Commercial Real Estate experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred or 3+ years of related experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • QuickBooks Online required.
