Basic Accounting knowledge

We look for someone with a basic understanding of accounting. We're willing to train the right candidate.

Job Function

The following will be performed on a regular recurring basis:

• Ability to train new bookkeepers
• Understand basic T-accounting
• Projects (ad hoc)
• Accounts Payable (data entry)
• Basic Cash & Cash Equivalents Reconciliation. Able to identify software ties back to bank balance
• File Storage (Ensure existing protocols are maintained and files are properly stored in appropriate locations)
• Payroll (data entry)
• Report Preparation
• Basic Excel/Google Sheet knowledge
• Understand payroll concepts and learn payroll software

Requirements

• Must be computer savvy
• Must have legal right to work in US
