Small Company Controller Jobs

Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication, management, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills; be comfortable interacting with executive-level management

Advises on financial analyses and decision-making regarding capital investments, pricing, contract negotiations, significant costs, benchmarks, and other matters with management

Assists in the management and production of the annual budget and forecasts

Calculates variances from the budget and reports significant issues to management

7+ years of progressively responsible experience business finance and accounting, preferably in a consumer product related industry

Assist with cash management and treasury functions

12+ years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

CPA designation or equivalent experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

MBA or other advanced degree/equivalent experience

Experience in the banking or financial services industry

Supervise the Accounting Operations Manager and 2 members of the Technical Accounting Team

Salary Expectation and Benefits: Salary Range $160,000 - $180,000+ DOE

No prior experience with ESOPs necessary.

5 years of accounting experience.

3 years of supervisory experience.

Strong management and leadership experience

Bonus points for experience in changing and growing company environments

Time spent in mid to large size companies

This role is based in-office 3 days a week.

Manage financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow projections

Prepare monthly P&L and balance sheets, manage costing and commission

Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred or 3+ years of related experience.

Commercial Real Estate experience required.

Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.

Assist with rent collection portfolio
