MBA or other advanced degree/equivalent experience

Experience in the banking or financial services industry

Supervise the Accounting Operations Manager and 2 members of the Technical Accounting Team

Salary Expectation and Benefits: Salary Range $160,000 - $180,000+ DOE

No prior experience with ESOPs necessary.

Assist the development our waste account management process

Monitoring the delivery of the Account Management process for consistency, issues and areas of best practice.

Experience with ArtsVision or other arts management software preferred.

Hire and oversee Associate Director of Company Management; assist in hiring and managing Associate and Assistants.

With Joffrey Ballet’s Company and Production Managers, negotiate use of backstage opera house spaces for upcoming Joffrey residencies.

3-5 years experience in artistic administration with an emphasis on scheduling and logistical planning, preferably at mid- or large-sized companies.

2+ years experience in a supervisory role

Experience with automated financial systems, including a general ledger system - Concur Solutions and Intacct preferred

Effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working with large volume of data preferred

Knowledge of GAAP and industry standards is an advantage

Reviewing expense reports and invoices and ensuring accurate coding, approval and documentation support prior to processing

1-2 years of insurance experience preferred;

Strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail;

Ensuring all documents and pages are submitted;

Entering information as required in system applications;

Performing other duties as assigned.

Ability to learn and adapt quickly (training will be provided); and

Business school (Ecole de Commerce, MBA…) with a major in Finance, Audit or Management Control

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in controlling in an industrial or high-tech environment
