Site Manager Jobs

Healthy Brain Clinic is seeking Site Manager applicants with previous clinical trial and site management experience. The Site Manager will manage a rapidly growing research site conducting Phase II/III clinical trials on Alzheimer's Disease treatment and prevention in Long Beach, CA.

Job Duties

• Oversee quality and data integrity in eSource, EDC, and CTMS systems
• Ensure screening/enrollment goals are met
• Own the successful completion of regulatory responsibilities and monitoring visits
• Onboard new staff, manage schedules, and evaluate staff performance
• Supervise overall office operations; act as hands-on problem solver for ad hoc needs
• Maintain effective and courteous relationships with study participants, Sponsors/CROs, staff, and vendors
• Manage a dynamic and growing team of research coordinators and professionals

Job Qualifications

• Experience managing a research site with complex clinical drug trials
• A command of professional spoken and written English
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks with precision
• Demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and sustain a team
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills

This is a full-time employment position based in-person at our clinic in Long Beach, CA.

The estimated starting salary for this position is $105k per year, depending on experience and education.

The company pays for 100% of health/dental/vision individual insurance costs for eligible full-time employees. Vacation (PTO) is earned at a rate of 3 weeks per year.
