Core Capabilities

• CMS experience and search tool experience (i.e. Algolia)
• Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
• Ecommerce merchandising experience and aptitude
• Great eye for art and design
• Proven analytical and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Regularly report on category KPIs and template performance
• Keep site updated with most up-to-date holidays, featured invitations and links
• Perform site QA to ensure that the site is functioning as intended and that conversion is strong and growing
• Work closely with SEO team to ensure that all aspects of merchandising support SEO efforts
• Identify revenue & growth opportunities across all categories, in partnership with Product and Marketing
• Develop template prioritization with the brand and creative teams, to drive higher event conversion
• Create new processes and tools (with data team) around performance reporting, to better understand what types of templates are working across a variety of categories
• Maintain & merchandise categories on a daily basis using conversion data to maximize demand
• Ensure appropriate invitations are available and optimized to support key marketing and product team initiatives
• Partner with Marketing and Creative to select invites for emails, social and more to optimize for conversion
• Manage site search to ensure optimal results for key search terms, always maintaining and updating per what is trending
• Direct product hierarchy to maximize conversion, manage search results vs. category navigation results

Additional Preferred Requirements

• 7+ years of proven online merchandising experience
• Strong work ethic, communication skills, and ability to multi-task
• Proficient in Google Analytics, CMS tooling, Tableau, Google Docs and Excel
• Strong understanding and passion for Ecommerce, websites, UI and Visual Site Merchandising
