About our client:

Our Client, a behavioral health provider, is an organization that provides psychological, educational, and behavioral health services to a variety of individuals, from birth through adulthood. They utilizes empirically validated treatment methods to address developmental, as well as mental health issues. They specialize in providing treatment and evaluation services related to Autism and other Developmental Disorders, Learning Disorders, Depression and Mood Disorders, Anxiety, as well as Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.

Objective: Office manager is the primary adimistrative and overall builiding manager for a behavioral health company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· Documented experience as an administrator

· Computer savvy with strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft office

· Strong aptitude for learning new web-based systems

· Well organized and punctual, able to maintain multiple projects simultaneously, strategically prioritize own work

· Excellent Customer service

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Self-management

· Proactive with a strong work ethic

· Bachelors’ degree preferred
