Job Description
InfraHire is looking for Site Manager in Greater Rockford Area


Responsibilities


  • Oversee tenant ledgers to ensure timely collections;
  • Additional duties as required
  • Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants and management teams;
  • Oversight of resident work order intake and completion including both emergency and non-emergency maintenance requests
  • Manage the property wait-list to ensure vacancy rates are low;
  • Conduct tenant move-outs and move-ins;
  • Inspect properties, review contracts, schedule work;
  • Submit weekly invoices
  • Submit tenant certifications (including MI, MO, AR, and IR);


Qualifications


  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight;
  • 2 years of experience in property management preferred;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft and/or Google Suite of office tools is a strong plus;
  • Experience using a property management accounting platform such as Yardi & Rent Caf
  • Reporting on-site to the assigned buildings in the Greater Rockford Area
  • Experience interacting with banks for deposits
  • Superior organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and perform under pressure;
