The Senior Technology Leader has experience working with multiple scrum teams at one time, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and has experience with agile software development. This role requires good communication skills and often times requires this individual to lead discussions with team members and stakeholders. This role requires good technical acumen and the ability to lead technical analysis and discussions. Looking for a motivated individual who is prepared to learn on the job and go the extra mile to become a SME in their area of expertise.
Responsibilities
The Senior Technology Leadership Professional works with design engineering and test team to drive products from design completion to volume production release. Performs various engineering tests to verify and validate product designs. Supports product evaluation and qualification on leading edge technology components. Ensures that production schedules are followed and product(s) meet specifications and quality requirements. Interacts with product engineering, quality, manufacturing and marketing teams to analyze and provide technical support to help resolve customers' product related problems/issues. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Required Qualifications

• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
• Experience with unit testing and mocking
• Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of software development or IT project management experience
• Experience with the technologies in use in the application(s) or infrastructure (Web applications development, Azure/Cloud experience)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnel

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certified
• MBA or other advanced degree
• Demonstrated ability running large-scale projects
• Six Sigma or SAFe Agile experience and/or certification
• Experience with technology solutions assessments and/or strategy planning oversight

Work-At-Home Requirements
To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/ HIPAA information.
Interview Format
