About the Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of positions. You will also be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, and ensuring that we hire the best possible candidates for our team.
Responsibilities
Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
Ensure that we hire the best possible candidates for our team
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
Develop and implement recruitment strategies and initiatives
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience in recruiting
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Experience:
Recruiting: 3 years (Preferred)
