Microsoft Senior Administrator Jobs

Troubleshoot, adjust, and maintain, Identity management on platforms using Azure Active Directory and Active Directory Domain Service.

Implement, tune, and manage network technology. Ensure compliance with IT security requirements, policy, and best practices.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging tools and technologies.

Participate in business-wide meetings to provide insight into technical requirements.

Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.

Develop and deploy Group Policy objects that optimize the org’s global security posture as well as enhance end user workflows.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in security and compliance requirements related to MS O365

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MS O365 features and capabilities, and recommend new solutions to improve productivity and efficiency

Design, develop, test and implement information portals, content management systems, business automation, and collaboration platforms

Identify critical system issues and engage cross-functional teams and external vendors for timely incident resolution and problem management for recurring issues

Administration and management of Microsoft O365

Experience in the SaaS, employee benefits and/or healthcare space is a plus

Skills, Knowledge, and Technical Abilities

Profile management utilizing the VMware User Experience Management (UEM) toolset

2+ years of experience supporting data management platforms and integrating databases using SQL, or other languages.

System Administrative duties to include management of Windows and Linux workstations on EVDI and physical

Bachelors with 4 years or more of experience or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience

Investigate user performance and work with external teams to improve user experience

Demonstrated consulting experience working directly with the senior management & CxO level leadership at customer organizations.

In-depth experience in Microsoft product/service/solution offerings within industry and segments.

Ability to interface effectively with executive management across different business functions.

Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build, manage and influence virtual teams.

Minimum 8+ years of technology leadership and customer-facing experience

Must have hands-on experience working with 2 or more of the Microsoft technologies – Power Platform, M365, D365 & Azure.

· You are comfortable developing relationships with your customer technical and management contacts.

· Attain certifications for personal development and our client's partnership requirements.

Project experience with Windows and Exchange Server versions.

Preferred experience as Microsoft Program Manager or Business Lead, with demonstrated success bringing a concept or idea from start to finish

Understands change management processes and methodologies such as Prosci

Document and manage risks/ issues

Document Requirements within Azure Dev Ops (ADO) Engineering and Business, Groom backlog, and run sprint/ status meetings

Manage team calendar and rhythm of business (ROB) in SharePoint

Works independently and engages Program Manager when additional support is required

ConnectWise Manage ticketing experience is a plus

Cisco Duo identity and access management technologies

Work in cloud-based technologies, including Microsoft Azure, Office 365 and private cloud offerings

Provide hands-on experience with virtualization platforms, such as Microsoft Hyper-V or VMware vSphere

Design, configure, maintain, and monitor WAN and VPN connections to remote divisions

Minimum five, ideally ten, years’ experience in a systems focused engineer role
