Talent Acquisition Manager - New York

We have partnered with a market-leading advertising technology business, whose suite of audience and data products ensure high-quality, engaged audiences for brands and publishers.

They are outperforming competitors in the market with their technology and service so are scaling at an incredible pace and as such, they are looking for a new Talent Acquisition Manager.

In this key role, you will be responsible for multiple roles, varying in scope and levels including sales, customer success, product and marketing.

The ideal candidate requirements:

• 4+ years in a Talent Acquisition role, ideally within a start-up/scale-up business
• Experience from another AdTech company will be a big advantage
• Cares about creating and maintaining an excellent candidate experience
• A team player, results orientated, excellent relationship builder, attentive to details
• Proven expertise in behavioural interviewing and leading a 360 recruitment process
