Role and Responsibilities:

As a Senior Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of civil utilities and site work projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and clients to define project scope, goals, and objectives.
• Identifying and addressing potential project risks and issues proactively to ensure smooth project progression.
• Leading project teams and field staff to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Implementing effective project scheduling, resource allocation, and site management strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices on all job sites.
• Mentoring and coaching junior team members to foster their professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in civil utilities and/or site work projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams to successful project completion.
• A commitment to safety and a thorough understanding of safety protocols in construction.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
