Superintendent Jobs

We are a commercial, light industrial general contractor looking for job site superintendents with 5+ years’

experience as a LEAD superintendent. Work is within a 30 mile radius of the Tri Cites region. Position

entails overseeing all phases of a construction project while inspecting and coordinating work performed

by subcontractors and our own personnel. Good communication skills and the ability to use current

technology to relay information in the field with our project managers is very important. Also need to have

knowledge of all trades and the ability to maintain schedules while multitasking and overseeing several

aspects of the construction site. We are a member of the TN Drug Free Workplace. Must be able to pass

a drug screen and background check. Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, IRA matching available. Pay

Requirements: 

Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license - Work is within a 30-mile radius of the Tri
Cites region. 

Proven experience in Commercial, Industrial, Residential 

Good communication skills 

Positive and productive work attitude 

Pre-employment drug screening and background check 

Ability to work over-time as needed 

Ability to lift 75-100 lbs
