Job Description

Our client an international Real Estate/ Multi Family Developer are seeking to grow their team with a Lead Superintendent to based in Dallas Fort Worth, TX. The Lead Superintendent will oversee staffing requirements, generate logistical plans and will be responsible for the timely completion of projects. They will also schedule all subcontractors, consultants, and vendors and ensure their completion of work.


Projects range from 250-400+ units which include garden apartments, mid to high rise wrap and podium, and mixed-use developments.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Ability to read and interpret drawings
  • Minimum of five years of construction experience. Past work should include multiple ground-up, wood-frame multi-family projects as a Lead Superintendent
  • Software experience in Procore & Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & Outlook)
  • Experience in leading and resolving problems of subcontractors and vendors
  • Project experience should include projects greater than $30M


SALARY:



$160,000.00 – $190,000.00 base salary
