• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/ Management or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Operations Management
• Understanding of finance analysis, reporting, budgets, etc.

We are looking for a talented, experienced Senior Director of Operations in the Construction industry. As the Senior Director of Operations, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, developing and executing operational plans, and managing daily operations within the company. You will also be involved in developing and implementing policies related to organizational operations. What You Will Be Doing
As the Senior Director of Operations, you will be responsible for leading operational projects, optimizing operational processes, and driving organizational performance. You will lead teams of professionals and be responsible for ensuring that operational projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be the primary contact for stakeholders, utilizing your communication and interpersonal skills to ensure success.
What You Need for this Position
Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Operations Management
• Understanding of finance analysis, reporting, budgets, etc.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/ Management or related field.

Bonus Skills

• Prior experience as a Director of Operations
• Operations experience within the construction industry
