We are excited to share an opportunity for a Sourcing Recruiter to join our Defense Systems Engineering business unit that provides scientific, engineering, and technical solutions to advance defense and national security interests on land, at sea, in the air, in space, and in cyberspace.

As a Sourcing Recruiter, you will be part of a competitive team that specializes in the development of creative sourcing tactics to locate and engage highly sought-after passive talent.

Additional position responsibilities:

• You will collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and develop candidate sourcing strategies for a wide range of customers, most often within the Department of Defense.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates’ qualifications, motivations, and cultural fit.
• Attend job fairs, industry events, and professional networking groups to establish relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.

Requirements:

• Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including resume databases and candidate sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs, etc.)
• ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
• 2+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience
• Experience with sourcing strategy development
• High School diploma

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
