Are you ready to launch your career?

• Provide feedback to candidates regarding their resumes, interviewing techniques, and overall candidacy. Manage candidate and client data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly recruitment and sales goals.
• Responsibilities
• Utilize various recruitment methods including job boards, social media, and professional networks to source candidates.
• Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to leads to identify potential candidates for open positions.
• Schedule and conduct candidate interviews via phone and video conferencing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.

• Someone that is entrepreneurial and has a strong desire to succeed.
• Someone with sales experience
• Someone that loves the thrill of the hunt and is motivated to earn high commissions.
• Basic knowledge of AI learning, machine learning, and virtual reality is highly preferred
• Someone that can communicate well on the phone as well as via email or text.
• Great listening skills and the ability to capture that information so that it can be acted on
