As a member of the Walmart product team, you will be responsible for building industry-defining omni-channel experiences at scale. Your role will involve supporting the strategy and executing the roadmap for manufacturer-sourced offers. This product is essential as it is the primary way customers earn Walmart Rewards, contributing to a future balance that they can use for future purchases.
Responsibilities
As a Product Manager, your key responsibilities include:
- Product Launch: Collaborate with business partners in site merchandising, marketing, business development, and legal to drive a successful product launch.
- Product Roadmap: Own the product strategy and roadmap for essential areas of membership rewards strategy to deliver world-class experiences.
- Customer Obsession: Participate in fieldwork, building a deep understanding of customers' needs to make high-impact product decisions.
- Data-Driven Prioritization: Use customer insights and data to prioritize product investments based on business and customer impact.
- Product Evangelism: Evangelize your product vision to drive cross-functional understanding, alignment, product strategy, and roadmap.
- Product Execution: Work with Engineering and Design partners to efficiently define, validate, and ship products that deliver the most value to customers.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:
- Growth Mindset: Ability to quickly absorb domain knowledge and technical concepts and synthesize the information for various audiences.
- Subject Matter Experience: Experience in building loyalty programs or rewards at scale.
- Product Sense: Ability to make sound product decisions based on data and a deep understanding of customers.
- Product Experience: 2-4 years of product management experience developing and launching successful products.
- Radical Empathy: Deep empathy for your customers and team, and an ability to deliver value consistently.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Strong entrepreneurial track record of bringing product ideas to reality.
