Role Overview
We are looking for:
  • Collaborate with R&I and market development teams to identify, select and manage new growth opportunities and innovation projects.
  • Be accountable for the commercial results in terms of volume and contribution margin.
  • Deliver on commercial KPIs including Sales and ICM Budgets, sales forecasts and cash targets.
  • To manage and support the business growth for Amine products in the North America region.
We count on you for:
  • Establish/maintain major customer relationships;
  • Ensure commercial and performance excellence best practices, according to sales minimum requirements;
  • Ensure regional promotional activities to support business development;
  • Handle day-to-day pricing related enquiries from external and internal customers;
  • Participate to cross functional collaboration, team effectiveness and performance;
  • Implement the Amine margin policies and manage pricing and margin evolution;
  • Participate in the budget and BFR process, communicate with RMD, Global Marketing and Controlling during each iteration in the process;
  • Support the deployment of the Amine Value Creation Plan (VCP) plan in the region; deliver growth of sales and ICM as per MTP;
  • Collaborate with R&I and market development teams to identify, select and manage new growth opportunities and innovation projects;
  • Deliver on commercial KPIs including Sales and ICM Budgets, sales forecasts and cash targets;
  • Provide demand forecast to be consolidated by supply chain, participate to review/sanity check;
You will bring:
  • Hunter / entrepreneurial spirit, driven by results;
  • Experience in Amines market is preferred;
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding yearly targets;
  • Customer orientation is a key success factor for this position;
  • Experience with product launch, development of 5 year strategic roadmap/operational marketing plan.
  • Strong negotiation/closing skills;
  • Highly motivated, resourceful and results orientated;
  • Bachelor Degree in a technical discipline (chemistry, formulation), MBA preferred, and a minimum of five years as Business Development or Account Manager engaged in complex solution selling to specialty chemical sector;

The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $130,000 to $162,200 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
