About The Team
The Growth & Membership team is responsible for accelerating the rate of growth of the entire Instacart Business, ensuring that we enable every individual to find the right way shopping for groceries and more online fits into their lifestyle. The Growth Platform builds the platform that empowers the entire company to drive in-app marketing and CRM communications to ensure we delivery the right message to the right person at the right time.
About The Job
We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager for our Growth Platform team to drive the strategy and execution that empowers dozens of partner teams to drive billions of dollars of impact every year by accelerating our ability to test, learn, and deploy the right message to the right customer. This PM will work closely with other product teams across the company as well as with Marketing, Retailers, and CPG companies.

• Unlock new opportunities for growth by partnering with Ads team and Retailer growth teams
• Participate in interviewing, hiring decisions, on-boarding, and mentoring new PMs to make them productive members of the team quickly
• Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to all audiences - within teams, companies, users, etc.
• Partner closely with Incentive teams to accelerate pace of experimentation and impact from existing incentive campaigns
• Drive day to day execution of product initiatives that align with short, medium, and long-term strategy while communicating updates to all relevant stakeholders
• PM lead on our Growth Platform team that supports our in-app and out of app organic marketing campaigns

About You
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working with ML products & systems
• Technical background and ability to define technical requirements for internal and external facing APIs
• Experience building and shipping APIs for internal or external customers
• 3+ years of PM experience
• Clear and concise communicator in written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building marketing systems, CRM systems, or incentive systems as a PM, Engineer, Data Scientist, etc.
• Worked on product platform teams
• Experience optimizing internal systems and products to maximize ROI on large budgets
• Experience working in heavily XFN product areas
