:

• Manages budget and expense planning.
• Help develop the strategy for Enterprise Data Stewardship and oversight of the Stewardship Community
• Provides logistical support and leadership for many of the activities intended to set strategic direction and maintain alignment within the business. Participates in business unit scorecard and process reviews.
• Provides overall direction and support to the leadership team in defining, prioritizing, pursuing, and monitoring major initiatives. Manages and interprets data on business performance. Monitors and optimizes business performance.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

• 6+ years of experience in Finance, Marketing, Operations, general business management, or related field
• In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Finance, Marketing, Operations, general business management, or related field
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Communications, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Compliance, Risk or Data Management experience
• Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Communications, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in Finance, Marketing, Operations, general business management, or related field

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $100,500.00 to $170,100.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
