Job Description

Sario Partners are seeking highly skilled Managers to join a high growth boutique strategy consulting firm expanding its team of exceptional consultants across the US and Europe.


As a Manager you will play a pivotal leadership position, working on high-impact projects and making significant contributions to businesses. You'll be responsible for overseeing projects, managing day-to-day operations, and collaborating closely with senior leaders to tackle complex business challenges. Your direct involvement with clients will give you visibility and opportunities to build client relationships alongside our Directors. Additionally, you'll have the fulfilling role of mentoring and supporting the growth of junior team members.


You'll be involved in scoping projects, framing issues, writing proposals, managing engagements, facilitating analyses, and delivering findings to clients. This diverse range of responsibilities will expose you to a wide array of industries and offer significant client interaction and impact. Skills & Responsibilities:

  1. Commercial Due Diligence: Conduct and lead multiple high profile buy and sell side commercial due diligence engagements at any one given time.
  2. Growth Strategy: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and growth aspirations. Conduct in-depth market analysis, identify growth drivers, and evaluate market entry strategies, product expansion opportunities, and potential partnerships or alliances.
  3. Value Creation: Identify and analyze opportunities to drive value creation within clients' existing businesses. Develop and implement value creation plans that increase profitability, improve operational performance, and maximize shareholder value.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Maintain and build strong relationships with clients as a trusted advisor. Understand their unique needs, challenges, and growth objectives. Foster long-term partnerships and ensure client satisfaction.
  5. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster their professional growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage diverse expertise and ensure the delivery of comprehensive, integrated solutions. Drive a collaborative and high-performance work culture.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategy consulting role with a top tier consulting firm. Proven track record of leading successful engagements and delivering impactful results.
  3. Analytical Skills: Proficient in conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis. Ability to extract insights from data, develop financial models, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
